Newbie!!! Your Thoughts???

Post by Girlfriends_POLO »

Hi all

As you can see from the title im new to this site and from my user name the car isnt mine :? ....... I used to have a mk4 Golf GTi which i loved to bits but had to sell due to a house purchase :( , so we are just left with Black 2002 Polo 9n now.

Ive never been into modding to the max just subtle bits here and there but still OEM. The first thing ive seen to change is the front grille for the chrome one on vag-parts (havent told the missus yet).

Do you guys/gals have any suggestions on what should be next keeping in mind we now have a house so have to watch the pennies!!!!!!

Cheers

Doubt it. If you just want black badges. Take the grill of mask it all up, sand it down and then spray it yourself

black is about the only colour i'd do a chrome grill for mate, other wise it looks bland too much black.

See mine looks fooking awesome if i do say so my self.

Also about the buy chrome bit at back for mine too :D

Yer have thought about lowering but not slamming so maybe 35-40mm, But dont seem to be able to find many spring&shock kits for 1.2's. I know someone is now gonna say get coilovers, but cant really stretch to that price range.

im deffo ordering the chrome grill now as you say PHILIP1193 it does look FOOKING AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

Cheers
