Removing Rear Bumper

Post by tmdigitalart.com »

Hi All

Has anyone removed the rear bumper before, any advice on taking it off, ive seen the three bolts along the bottom and the two up top,is it connected to the inner arches. What can you see when the bumper is off. Im taking it off to try and fix my rear screen wash, has not been working for a while, ive already removed the plastic in the boot lid to find the pipe had come off the end, put it back on but now when use screen wash it comes out down my left rear mudguard. Any ideas on how to get to the problem and whether i even need to remove the bumper.

cheers
tom

I don't think you need to remove the bumper at all mate. Where the rear light is, i think there's a thin blue pipe which is drip off pipe i think they call it. It could be that

you dont need to remove the bumper as the pipe for the rear wiper runs inside the car to the pump behind the drivers rear light behind the cover where your 1st aid kit should be.
