alrite my names john im a newb to this forum. im looking a bit of help i currently drive a 1.4 polo cl. was wondering if there was a cheap engine that easily fitted into the engine bay for conversion. i dont know how hard the vr6 is to fit and im sorta new when it comes to engine mods. the body of the car is modified well but just need the power now to back it up. any help or ideas?

Welcome to the forum mate 8). There's a few engines that'll fit, 1.8T being one, have you scouted all the options though? It'll be more cost and hassle effective to just buy a faster car, like a mark5 GTi :)

its great getting a new engine but depending on wat engine u get depends wat else u need. e.g. gearbox brakes. im sure theres other stuff two. but like tim_gti said it'd be easier and more then likely cheaper to buy a bigger car. i did think about it but decided to just leave the engine alone and leave it as it is and then when i wanna sell it then get a bigger engine.
