Custom code came over and did mine yesterday and installed a green cotton filter. Can really feel the difference...my car now seems to pull over-enthusiastically if you get what I mean
...So easy to spin the wheels in first and second just flooring it. It definitely felt faster, but didn't feel as fast as I expected it would be...although it was...was going down a single carriage way and didn't even realise I was doing 90! Can't really test the new top speed right now, but should be able to when I go back up to Durham in 3 weeks.
Made one heck of a difference, seems to rev much more freely now and doesn't struggle now and then as it used to sometimes. The guy who did it was sound as anything too. Also been told that the map will adapt itself accordingly over the next few miles as the ECU's been reset, so it should become a bit more nippy over time.
Am tempted to re-badge it as an SDI to confuse chavs in their 1.2 Corsas...
