I got busted with my 3 points in Kent. :(

Is the insurance company gonna be finding out or shall it be kept hush!
Best not to keep it hush really, if you need to claim and they find out then you won't be covered! Not worth it IMO, my insurance company didn't even increase the rate when I told them I got 3 points driving my bf's car during the summer.

Yeh agree with bryony there, bestnot to keep it hush hush....its very rare companies will raise your premium for one speeding ticket! Gives a bit of leeway...but if you end up getting banned......THATS when they hit you hard! :?

If thats the case, you should have argued the point and surely they would have to accept on the grounds that there's no sufficient signage from that junction to the camera, and recinded (sp!?) the penalty!!!

i would but it means going to court and appealing not guilty, then paying increased fee if you are found guilty and possibly court charges / legal fees, thaught sod it ill just pay the damn 60 . apparently if the lamposts are a certain distance (like any1 whipps out a measure tape" your too assume the limit is 30, they were motorway style lamp posts as its a dual carrage way i thaught that only meant residentual lamp posts. really does my nut, the entire dual carrage way is 40 apart from one bit thats 30 for the sake of having a camera
