hi ive got some 16" RXII's that im thinking of selling the laquer has peeled a bit but apart from that they are in good condition.
should i refurb them then sell them or sell them as is which will i get more money lol
cheers James
I'd say that if you have the time and inclination to refurb them yourself, then do it.
If the centres are in good condition and don't need doing, then just polishing up the rims is cheap and easy, and should get you some extra money when selling.
To be honest I'd take the tyres off just for the fact it makes working on the rims a lot easier.
All the RXII's that I've refurbed have always been with tyres off. It is a little bit of an extra cost, but it makes for a lot less hassle working on them in my opinion.
If your not planning to refurb them yourself, just sell them as you are, for you won't make the money back.
If your gunna do it yourself, it's totally down to you whether you can be bothered of not, they will sell for more if they're in good nick, by £80-100 I reckon.
