I fitted mine myself afew years ago now. The back ones are very easy 2 bolts If i remember correctly, one inside the boot and one at the bottom of the suspension. fronts are abit more complicated but nothing too tricky. If you got a good tool kit then go for it (you'll need a 7mm alan Key, some offset ring spanners)
I don't remember them being under any pressure

because my coilovers are abit different i need the top mount off the standard front springs.
im just worried that when i take the top mount off the old ones to put onto my new coiliovers, the spring will ping off somewhere.... will that spring be under any pressure?
When you remove the top mount the spring should stay inplace...
Yes, the spring will be under some pressure when the unit is out of the car, but nothing to seriously hurt you if you inadvertantly undo the retaining nuts...
If your in doubt, get some spring compressors....Or use some ratchet straps to keep the springs compressed...
Umm.. like £40-60? I was considering getting them also for when I get mine, purely because they're out so you may as well! I wouldn't worry bout it though
when you unscrew the 3 bolts on the top mount under the bonnet and undo the bolts on the strut and lower the suspension out its no longer under tension as its held under tension by being screwed in at the top its hard 2 explain sorry also i have those coilovers and there not bad but make sure you grease them otherwise dirt will get in and they are hard 2 turn
