Ta, for that! may have to sort out getting me on of those in the coming weeks!!.
I have a little wage bonus coming my way and want to sort out that and the brakes. Dont really know what to upgrade the standard stock ones to. Has anyone upgraded their brakes? either pads, discs or both? And what will fit straight onto the polo?
Thanks again!!

Just looked in my engine bay and my left suspension turret is being covered by a black box thing, either esp or something! Dont know what it is if it could be moved or if a strut brace would even fit! So any help would be great. Found a pic of someones diesel polo on the club polo forum with the same black box. If anyone can help work out if i could get a brace under it and round the engine bay then i would eb soooooooo greatful.

it's the vacuum control unit.
a SEAT sport strut brace fits. You have to remove the black box in order to fit the brace, but it does all go in there. I've got one on my car, it's a tight fit.
Also you'll find that changing the air filter becomes harder once the bar is on, it's possible without removing the bar though (just).
I'm fairly sure you could get other makes to fit too.

.......Looking at it the Seat one would be the easy option but if you want the Forge one you would need to get under the vacuum control unit before attatching the brace. I would think the Seat one would be a better option if you have the standard airfilter as the brace needs to come off to clean/replace filter (well you can do it in situ but risk mashing your air filter up)

Cheers for the pics guys! I really have a tough choice now! Love the forge polished look! would look pretty cool against my red polo. But as previously said the seat sport one, although red will defo be the easier choice to fit. HMMMM!!!
Seat sport-cheaper
Forge - Shiny!!
Oh not fair.
Seat sport bar is winning due to its ease of install + fitment.
But cant fully commit due to forge one!!!!
Much decision making is to be done.
Then will purcahse one asap.
Cheers again for all the help and pics!!!
