adapting coilovers

is there anyway i can make my fk highsports less hard?

the car is quite bouncy at speed on some roads and does'nt inspire good confidence

I believe the Highsports have fixed damping. The Konigsports on the other hand can be adjusted (on the front) using a supplied tool.

I don't think there is very much you can do about short of changing your suspension for damping-adjustable coilovers (Konigsports)!

My Konigsports are meant to be set to the softest setting, but they are still very harsh
