yea i know its not a problem, i wasn't suggesting you were being rude etc.

It seems that these springs just let go for no reason, i thought VW are ment to have a good build standard!!

Oh forgot to mention.

I have a new wing mirror for it which shall go on soon.
I have a new spring and top mount bearing to go on also to erradicate the suspension noise.

No problem, it was just me getting that in as it might look like I was trying to cause you problems. BTW I personally feel that most of these silly little quality issues stem from the fact that these cars are really just Skoda Fabias where it counts most ie the suspension and steering - and so these parts are all made in CZ!
