Suspension kits for the new polo question

Post by Stephen123 »

Have the dealers got these kits yet ? Car is a year old next week and its in garage again with another list of faults , its been in about 8 times with various other problems and about 4/5 times with suspension probs they have renewed arms , bushes , torqued , re alinged you name it they have done it to no avail . When I took it in last night Ive told them to keep it until the car is 100% . Fed up to the back teeth with this my 5th and last Polo .

The modified suspension bushes have been now produced along with some sort of special tool to fit them and are in Transit somewhere between Germany and the UK so they should be in the UK very soon .
This information came from my dealer and from 2 people I spoke to in VW customer Care .
Dont know if any of this is true but thought I would keep you guys up to date on what I have been told . We will see !!!!!!!!! .

That is correct, my dealer phoned me today to confirm the kits are available but are on hold until the tool to do the job is available.

You think they'd make them at the same time wouldn't you
