How do you remove the rear spoiler

Hi All

Bit of an odd question, but how do you remove the rear spoiler?

Mine has been forced off, so the fiberglass that holds the bolts in has been damaged

Ive got the tailgate off, but i cant seem to find a way to get the nuts off the bolts inside the tailgate where they pass through

Does anyone know what tool I should use or the procedure to get them out?
