yeah, its crazy... im not sure its a good idea for him, he thinks hes some kind of rally driver now!
the cluth and brakes have hydrolic pistons under them to give realistic resistance.
and his sodding girlfriend bought him that too!

I've got a logitech G25 - the wheel with full 6 gear pattern and clutch. Cost me £150 from play.com and bought it for PS3 on GT5P, it's fantastic but expensive. The metal pedals (both feet and paddleshift) are nice, with realistic pneumatic (sp?) resistance on them. Wheel and gear knob are hand stiched leather, all clamps down into the desk very secure. I'm still waiting for some form of clutch control, you can just whack it through the gears on GT5P and the clutch is pointless (IMO). Full 900 degree rotation on the 11" wheel too which is nice.

Fantastically built though, worth every penny.

lol, thats the one i was thinking about, i think my mate payed £280 for it tho? lol, must have come down in price abit!

Just a quick thanks for the help you guys n gals gave me on this and to Ollie who suggested 'Juiced 2'.
He was playing it most of yesterday afternoon and evening! :roll:

I bought Toca 3 on the advice Ollie gave and i must say i'm impressed, its very extensive and i'm hooked!
