Just the cost of fuel to Milltek's as I had it fitted there. They've stopped advertising the GTI system for the reason that is, its just an Ibiza Cupra system that didn't fit properly. As far as I'm aware its only that the tail pipes are too long on those systems.
Any reputed fabricator like Pipewerx can alter them. Jeff's had his done also and typically the cost of modifying the pipes like that is roughly an hours labour.

White - sorry forgot to answer. I've got Eibach Pro Street S with miles more to go down, but my wheels are rubbing already (rolled arches anyone
)
The only thing that annoys me about is that they sometimes have problems with their tips. Over some years having bought 8 complete systems from them personally, more so for my friends/family. Mine only twice haven't fitted properly, only the tips were a problem and none have ever gone wrong.
As is the nature of hand made products that no two are the same. Ideally though they should be the same as they aren't exactly cheap.
To be fair they are brilliant exhausts, obviously more reasonable are available and I don't blame people for not buying the most expensive thing they see. I buy milltek for their quality, if something goes wrong they sort it promptly, their exhausts sound the best to me anyway (honestly) and they always look better than their competitors.
I haven't compared my GTI one to others for sound and quality, but I have compared RS4, R32, Foci ST/RS, M3, Porsche etc etc.

yes, its just the length of the tips as the cupra bumper comes out further than the gti one, so the design would fit the polo as the 2 cars share the same floor pan, but overall length of the shell differs
you cant buy just the rear silencer alone i was told by awesome, its either turbo back or cat back, another thing is, even if you did tget just the rear silencer, the bore is different so you would need to start messing about with a reducer from the bigger milltek bore back down to the bore on the stock system
white polo, yes, you can just buy the downpipe and cat and have a custom fabricated job done elsewhere, as the milltek downpipe bolts straight on to the stock engine side of the car with no mods or length problems
as flyfs6 said, mine cost me £40 from pipewerx to modify, and the work has been ok'd to be remaining under warrenty at milltek as its their error too which is cool
and no other exhaust sounds as good as a milltek, iv had scorpion systems and milltek systems on past cars, milltek is defo the nicer
