What you see in the pics os what you get mate

That is exactly what i received in the post from ebay.

They are just a straight swap with your original indicators. Would look great with some chrome bulbs!

just to clear up you dont get bulb holders simply take the bulbs out your old unit as if replacing the bulb then change the unit and put old bulb back in. job done
