Hi all
In servicing my window motor, i got silicon spray on the glass, which has now got onto the seals and has made the window very slippery and rather unclear
Anyone suggest a good cleaner to remove it all?
Cheers
Alex

Use toothpaste...
Does a wonderfull job of polishing the glass and removes all greace.....and the added bonus...it leaves your window minty fresh!!!!!
Rinse off with water afterwards though!

Combination of all the above! Use diluted white vineger to wash windows, then buff to a shine with newspaper (black print, NOT colour).

Have got no idea, its an old cleaning trick that was used by my gran & is in quite a few Hints & Tips books too. It seems to work quite well!!

B&W paper will degrease it for general day to day use and leave it totally smear free, again do th blades also, fold it into a 4" square and make it damp and as soon as it starts to 'drag' over the glass turn it over so its clean again.
