That looks stunningly nice Tim! Makes me seriously miss my old car, and very very jealous.

Cheers guys,

Yeh will be getting some Osram Diadems soon, they are on the small list :). Along with some with some HID full beams and something decent enough for the fogs hopefully! I hate the blue tint bulbs right now lol.

Dan - no not yet, there's a few things I need to do to the paintwork first before she's running how I want her! machine polish all over coming soon for one 8)

Love your car Tim, and it's looking fantastic right now. The smoothed look is brilliant, how do you get the black to look so deep? As said, car looks class and keep us updated :D

Cheers Darren, in those pics it had just had a new coat of Klasse AIO polish, an AG shampoo wash, and about 2 month old coat of Collinite 476s wax. Quite happy with how the cleaning is developing now, can't wait when it gets a machine polish detail 8)

Neil - cheers mate, next plans are Short shifter, Strut braces, Rear ARB, Diamond cut wheels, New sound system. And some sort of interior (still not decided!)

Well the car went into the garage this afternoon, for it's gearbox rebuild.

It's going to cost £595 +vat for it to be carried out.

Money which is better spent elsewhere, but what can you do.

I figured whilst it was all out, I may aswell get the clutch cable replaced, along with ANOTHER clutch, (after the last cowboy pulled a fast one installing a reconditioned kit).

So VW and GSF helped me out.

£121 all in, which isn't so bad.

And this is going in too 8)

Can't wait for Thurs!!

Also got some Poorboy's Black Hole glaze to play with, which Sunday's weather never gave me the chance to try out.
