i'd say either 1" on the front & 2" on the back (so 7's & 8's) or 1.5 front & 2 back, I always wanted 2's on mine but it was a much more conservative look...

I was down over 100mm with 7's & 7.5

Some people have had issues going bigger than 7.5 but tomo for some reason had 8's & 8.5" RS's and had very little scrubbing :?

Mine on BBS RM.

8" (2" lips on the rear)

205/45/15 tyres. Toyo proxies. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone to get the 8" - nothing but hassle - then had the arches flared - still had scrubbing. Down sized them to 1.5" rears and 1" fronts with 195/45/15 tyres all round >> much better and can get it a bit lower >>

why did you run 205's?? might have solved your problems if you had got 195's on the back..

My 8" were an ET12. I ran them with 205 and 195 - was still just as bad!

7 and 8's seem about right.

You can get away with 8.5 on the rear depending on the offset.

What offset are your wheels?

Also is your car lowered 90mm all round?

I take it your purchasing BBSs Jason? They normally have a pretty low offset, something in the region of 9-12?

If you want the 'down and out' stance then definitely go for 7.5 fronts and 8 rears, with 195/45 tyres.

I'm 8s all round with an offset of 25, and only get scrubbing when I corner hard with people in the back. I'm probably down about 80mm. Look here for pics, i'm now lower than i was at inters by about 15mm.
