Hello,
just ordered a brand new twist 1.2. being rather skint i could only afford a set of alloys just now. anyone got pix of a polo unlowered with 17s or 18s? pls tell me the tyre sizes as well.

I bought a new Twist as well.

Managed to get them to throw in a free CD player and luxury mats. How kind!

I am a VW newbie so do Audi wheels fit and is there a spring set that I can use alongside the standard suspension?

Also haven't found any info on chipping the 1.2 65hp engine! Maybe because it's a bit new?

Read Nelson's Post about SKN tuning.

Audi wheels fit. Wheels tend to fit as long as they are 5 stud by 100. Should be plenty of people to help you with info on spring setups etc!

I think only the Audi A3 or TT wheels fit? The other are 5 x 112 (I may be wrong on that though)

I think there are a few car on polo9n.com with 17's and not lowered.

This one says it's lowered 35mm although I'm not sure if it was when those pics were taken

This one doesn't mention lowering, but it does have a 1.8t!

It looks as if it hasnt been lowered because the profile of the tyres are too small. Thats the downside of having low profiles, u need to proper lower it

i might lower it once i get enough money for them, but i think the twist's wheels are rubbish so 17s18s are on the list!
