Mine protect my car quite abit round here so I wouldn't remove mine at the mo. If your thinking of restoring them, I would spray them to match. Also save the hassle of getting the black back to black!

They will ruin the look of your car if you take them off dude. You will leave holes in your body panels :P

I photoshopped your car lowered with the bump strips gloss black, it looks good :D

Does it? I don't think I ever saw it with the strips photoshopped black too?

I have completely gone off spraying my alloys black now.. you think it might look alright on the wheels I got lowered for a while when I get round to it?

I guess if I wait until I have lowered it first, then save up so I have enough for a new set of wheels in case they do actually look crap.. I personally thought they might be too black.. plus they are only 5" wide.. and I kinda wanted at least 6" :/

See I think that looks ok, if not too much black.. but because the wheels are so small I'm not too sure.. Can you post up some pics of the SE wheels? I don't actually know what they look like, but if they arn't in bad nick then that sounds cool :)

Ill get them refurbished and done in satin black Dan, that will reflect in the price, but i wont want alot for them.

Heres a few pics from the other night, will give you an idea on how they look. I'd use them as winter wheels but i like my porka style ones too much. Also give you a chance to see what HIDs look like
