I had them in for a while, then they started flickering and I had to take them out as people were complaining!

As long as you buy good quality leds you should have no trouble with flickering, think I got mine from
http://www.ultraleds.co.uk/ if I remember correctly, not your usual crap from China and the like. I think it’s just the pic pip that you cant see the 3, I have had them on for a good few month now without any trouble. As for your rear light have the bulbs not blown or been taken out each circle has 2 bulbs, which I always thought was a bit strange.
EDIT just checked ultra leds and they dont do the ones I have but they do have some that look even better

Mine were from Ultra LED's as well, they lasted a couple of months before flickering and then stopping completely.

Dead easy mate, two screws in both light covers, then they just pop out. Take out the old bulb then put in your new one, push the light cover back in but dont screw it up yet. If your fitting leds put the lights on to see if they work if not just swap them round in the holder, should only take a few mins to do. 36 and 37mm both fit by the way.

Couple of my mates have got these, apprently though they can be an MOT failer, as some are not bright enough...Just simply swap them before your MOT
