dkny2789 - When you want to come ? I can do tomorrow late afternoon ??

or Tuesday sometime ??

whitepolo - no problem - come on over.... yes I have a selection of MAPS for the Polo..the very latest version of stage 1 is not so harsh....throttle response and boost onset is not so brutal which gives lovely smooth power and torque curves....but its just as fast.... if not faster... hehehe

no need for messing about with J valves or whatever to smooth out the boost... its mint.

Harnz,
Definatly worth the trip!

dkny,
I've been experimenting with my car over the last few days. Driving steady roughly 3mpg better off.
However my heavy foot and temptation to step on the gas never has helped with fuel economy lol.

yes definatly worth the trip the car is a rocket now and its been lowered it sticks lyk crazy glue 8)

Must say this is all really interesting stuff - only new on this forum but looking a nice place to hang out
J can i ask im back into a new 1.2 polo from golf as had to fund a 2nd car also, i dot mind the downsize ( or should i say the mrs dosnt) but the throttle response is just pap - as gracious as you offer is would it really be worth mapping a standard 1.2

im living in ireland but could always use the excuse of visiting family for a weekend trip?

cheers and keep up the obviously good work

reddeath - anything can be made better...

Tuning normally aspirated stuff is more about improving driveability, power delivery and throttle response..

Worth doing at £150...

and if you can remove the ecu then you can just send to me... saves a trip over....

Top notch that mate. i noticed an even bigger difference when i got back on to the roads that i know!! silky smooth power delivery all the way. It just pulls and pulls in every gear. :D
