Misted up headlights

Hey, just wondering, has anyone ever had a problem with moisture on the inside of the headlights?i have recently replaced my bulbs with bluevisions and the misting is only on the drivers side both lights, i was wondering the cause of this and how i would go about fixing it?they are hard to get at as you may know

Check that the bulbs are seated correctly as this could be part cause.

Use a hairdryer to gently warm the lense, this will reduce, if not get rid of, the condensation (Ttakes 10-20 mins). Altough it will return unleess you've found the cause!

have the same problem before when i bring the car on a car wash and the untrained car wash boy just spray on the engine everywhere he wants. I just remove and wipe clean the 2 black cap behind the headlight everytime the sun is up and i return it back when rain is comming or i am going to drive the car. In just 2 days the moist are all gone ang it di'nt happen again.

found the problem f@@@ sake, one of the bulbs has forced itself loose as rested on the plastic screw in thing, melted it and now needs a whole new front light fitting!!£80 quid new but think il head to a salvage yard on monday to see if i can find one, thanks for the help anyway guys

A loose bulb or an uncorrectly fitted rubber cap is enough to fill the entire headlight with moisture

But pepito's solution is a nice one that I already did: when it's warm outside and the car's parked, just remove the caps, and when you get back to the car fit them in again.

That’s a great excuse to get a set of angel eyes, If you have no luck at the scrap yard I have found one on ebay

thanks anyways but got a new one from europarts for 45 quid, scrap yard nearest that had one wanted 50 quid and it was bout 40miles away, no thanks lol
