f*****g BASTARDO'S !

nothing worse than waking up to a broken window on your car.

So i phone around at 8am in the morning and everywhere is quoting me from £140 - £180. (rac being most expensive asking for £183!!!)

Anywayz i didnt realise i had windscreen cover with my insurance, so cost me £50 instead.

If i ever caught the person that did this. . . well i think you can guess.

i would be livid if that happened!

but i would rest happy on the thought that the good for nothing kid who did it will probably get addicted to heroin and hopefully die young!

or is that a lil harsh :?:

At the end of the day, one guy got a couple of minutes of "glory" in front of his mates.

All sparked off by their feelings of envy towards your possesion. They'll walk away from that ultimately feeling shallow and empty.

You, on the other hand, get to experience the fulfilment of actually owning and enjoying the product they were so jealous off.

So who's the looser? In the grand scheme of things, it's certainly not you.

(Yes, I'd be mightily pissed off too - but it is just a short term thing)

Deek.

Thanks for the posts guys.

Your prob right about it being a short term thing, i mean the window is done now and im forgetting about it already.

The thing is, on all the cars ive owned/borrowed from mates, things like this happen all the time.

Ive had multiple back wipers bent, Wall tacks in the side of my tyres REALLY FCUKING ANNOYING ! Ive also had loads of other sily stuff like bent aerials etc.

ive got a feeling that someone who walks past my house with their dog of a nite (i live right next to a field) is behind all this. Anywayz my old girl reckons shes gonna sort out some CCTV for me, im goint to love the day i see whose doing this.

i think it will be 'tape up a baseball bat' time

:¬) thats all theyll pay attention too i reckon.

That happened to me, but the lads from the pub caught them in the act and beat the sh*ts outta them, then the police came and arrested them.

I paid £40 excess and had both the front and rear screens replaced.

I was paid £250 back for the rear screen and I'm getting £14.30 a month for the front screen in criminal damages (profit = approx. £500)

Really feel sorry for you mate.

Understand how you feel as well.
Some local scum tried to nick the rear spoiler off my fathers Impreza few months back. Probably someone wanting to fit it too a Nova saloon. Luckily its bolted to the boot, but it was left with screwdriver marks and scratches all over it.
