1991 (Mk2f) Polo Saloon, 1.05l catalyst. I've had it for two years and it hasn't skipped a beat. In this time I've done loads of work, detailed below. Cheap tax - was £115 last year
c.100500 miles on the clock
£850
Tax till end of September , will MOT for a year
4 Steel wheels wheels with space saver spare. Will come with all the spare parts I have - these include a fuel filter and engine/gearbox mounts I haven't got around to doing. Also a spare clutch cable too.
4 brand new tyres just put on, and tracking done
Passenger headlight replaced
Front discs and pads around 500 miles ago
Cambelt and water pump replaced this Easter, cambelt cover also replaced as mounting clips broken on original.
For the MOT last year: 2 front shocks, 2 rear springs, 2 control arms, all new flexible brake hoses, 1 new solid hose and 2 new wheel cylinders.
I also did a complete service, plugs, rotor arm, dizzy cap, air filter, oil filter, new oil, new coolant, rocker top gasket.
When I bought it I had the head gasket done and the bottom end re-shelled (about 85k miles)
Has a Sony CD headunit with Kenwood front speakers and Sony rear 6x9s. Fan blower works on all positions which indicates that the car has been looked after, interior is tidy. It has some rust coming as to be expected for a car of the age, but nothing serious on the bodywork.
