Jesus H.....Is that price including fitting?

You could get a custom made one, Stainless steel, same noise level as the standard one for around £600....or much much less if you know where to go...

thats not fitted! just supplied! And through TPS! Which is trade discount!

Ive tried scrappys....no one has one.

as for custom built, im thinking that route, but i dont want any problems with it..ie...vibration, knocking etc.

A grand for an exhaust ha ha,

They have seen you coming eh! no danger in the world would an exhaust from a dealer be that price unless it is a super car, Christ a Genuine R32 System aint that expensive!

The most expensive part will be the cat - That will be a coupke of hundred quid, Make sure they aint included the manifold in that price and just the exhaust system!

If it was that price i dont think they'd be in business asking for that, and if the genuinly are - i'll get a system and charge you £900!!

Dont mean to sound nasty to you, but that is a pure p*** take!!!!

I was quoted £740 by VW for a Cat back system.

Went and got a custom made one to standard spec by Powerflow, for £320

That is cheap. I need a new one soon and was going to go after market, but you may have just changed my mind.

What's included in a "complete system" anyway?

Was that an original VW exhuast system that you bought from Euros?

The CAT on its own from VW is listed at around £600 IIRC.
