My S3 (some new pics)

Post by Redline »

As some of you may, or may not, know I traded my Polo GTi for an Audi S3 a couple of months back.

After a few problems with the turbo producing too much boost, finally got it sorted and able to do some work on it. The first of which was some genuine Audi BBS RSII wheels, optional on some TT's I believe. Anyway, pics:

I do also have some 10mm spacers to go on, and I'm also waiting for my Leon Cupra R splitter to turn up to get that on.

After that plans probably include a Miltek exhaust and a custom remap.

As far as I'm aware it didn't have a remap on it to begin with.

I do still miss my Polo GTi at times, the S3 just feels so much more complex compared to it!

oh ok.

becuase my dads subaru did it when he had it remaped.

on the cold mornings when the air density etc changed it would overboost and cut it self out.

Looks pretty good! that silver one :P

these S3's are going for quite reasonable prices now, when you consider all the car you are getting. The current second hand market is a bit of a performance enthusiasts nirvana is seems.
