Mats

Post by Overseer »

Just wondered if anyone knows if floor mats from a 9n would be the same size as a 6n2?

Cheers.

Bugger. I had found some with red piping, quite like the GTi ones. :(

just get some from justmatz, I had black with a red border, GTI in the corners of the front ones, comes with the proper connectors and the same shape as the original mats for £56.75 including VAT and delivery.

not particularly cheap but definitely worth it.
you can decide exactly how you want them, if you don't want the GTI logo they'd be cheaper too

where else are you going to get mats that fit with a red trim and GTi logo?
standard all black ones from the dealers are around half that if you're not fussed. GTi ones seem to have been discontinued.

£56 aint that bad for a set. Especially when they're made out of decent quality materials. The GTi mats are horribly thin and prone to wear. I managed to source myself a set, but you never see them because I keep the rubber winter mats on top all the time. If i didn't they'd have been ruined by now.

I got quite a good set from ebay. Could choose the colour and the colour of the border. Very good quality and quite thick & they fit perfect. Think they were from Russia. Check out the pics on my thread. I'll try and find there user name. Only around £30 delivered.
