where can i get front lower and rear arm bushes and anti roll bar bushes??
and how are they?

I got mine on ebay for around £50. Still to get them fitted though

Your local motor factor can get the bushes....

If your suspension arms are rusty then its not worth trying to replace the bushes IMHO..

If the arm looks ok, changing the bushes is a painful and unpleasant experience...but doable...

When I did one on my last polo I ended up setting fire to the old rubber (on purpose), and then hammering out the steel shell....

The next time I just bought a new arm :p
