Mk 4 Stuck in Gear

Post FORUM SPECIFIC questions here: Such as, "HELP, I can't keep logged in for more than one session" etc... Not general help questions such as "my car won't start". You get the idea?

Mk 4 Stuck in Gear

Hi, new to all this, I need help. My sons Mk 4, developed a gearbox fault today. It would not go into 3 and 4. Then it cleared up, but now stuck in 3rd. It appears as if the gear stick is moving as you drive forward. I think it may be an engine mount rather than the gearbox itself. Any ideas please!!!!!

you're better off posting this in the mk4 section (near the top of the forum) as this section is purely for indicating problems with the forum itself :wink:
