also after adjusting them, are you having to get your camber/caster all re-done?

Cheers mate.

I just cleaned them with a rag and some WD40, then adjusted them. If you adjust them when they're dirty they shank, cos the dirty gets trapped between the coils and adjustor ring, causing them to seize.

I didn't adjust them at all in terms of height, I just moved them a few rotations up, and then down again to elinimate any seizer. So no need for further camber adjustment.

Although the change in width of my wheels has altered it slightly. I think i'll get it done again.

ah right i was scared to do that incase of having to get my camber/caster re-done.

think i will have a bash at it this weekend, becuase i know mine are filthy. would u recommend after cleaning and slight adjustment to cover in copper grease?

Cheers James.

Adam - it depends how often you clena them to be honest. I clean mine quite often (every few months) so it's easier to leave them as they are without copper grease (it attracts sheds loads of grime that sticks to it).

but I guess if your leaving them for long periods of time it's best to give them a good spray over with some.
