Ignore the photo on the thread, its the only one we had we I ran the previous GB.
Like Jeff explained...One's you get if the GB takes off are the ones with holes in drivers side fog for the IC air duct. The middle grill is hollow and the other isn't punched with holes.
For your reference look at the previous GB thread in the GB section, or look for the thread with photos of my car (last page please!).
VW logos / part numbers are off the original grills used as moulds for shaping the cast. These part numbers are probably sanded off for good reason, i.e. so that they're not classed as counterfit. No these aren't genuine VW products, however they are very close to OEM quality and much better than we expected them to be.
