Gearbox time!

great... any ideas on where i can get a gearbox from and what sort of price im looking at?

New ones from VW cost About Â£1.1k. You should be able to get your own box refurbed at a 'box specialists at anything between Â£400-700. That eBay dealer previously posted looks promising. Try and avoid a straight refurbed box from a private specialist though.

yer as said in anoth post the ebay ones are actually good i took the risk and got one direct form the company before they had them on ebay and its a good box

There is a Â£200 exchange fee in that - once you take the old box back, youll get it for what works out to Â£900

well mine cost me 600 and i got 100 back when i sent them mine
