printing in photoshop

Ok, I've got two images that I want to print off in Photoshop. They're both 4X6cm and I want them to print off this size exactly also. I've tried a few ways of printing them but they come out a tad small everytime.

Can anyone give me any advise as to how to print things off scale for scale?
