cheers guys, it needs to come up at the front as its bouncy and a s**t ride. i've not got bump stops in, the tires are 195/45/16.

On 17s. 205/40 or if you want to run low 195/40.
Very roughly speaking 195/40x17 is similar in rolling radius to 195/45x16.
The added comfort of the 45s is what made me go with 16s. btw. 195/45x16 on my 7.5Js looks very nice. A good compromise between looks, handling and comfort. Toyo Proxes.

yeah profile for 17" is 40.
i'll decide on tires when it comes to fitting to the car, i still need adaptors lol
i might go for a bit of stretch on the back so it tucks a little bit better
