actually its better than my old one on fuel if you arent caining it

I think its because of the adjustable boost...or maybe my old one wasnt running properly? it might also be because the boost kicks in slightly later on the revs so you can drive sensibly off boost easier..

it does eat it if you floor it though....we ran out of fuel & had to push it off the road when paul took it for a drive  (and the orange light only popped on about 8 miles before)

well at the mo the whole thing is a bit of a state, the engine bay is probably the worst...its drenched in black s**t...it almost adds to the excitement though as i restore it

i'll start posting pics as it progresses but at the mo i'm avoiding opening the bonnet!

will try and get some vids up later if i get the chance to take it for a quick spin!

also stani where did you find a jabbasport air filter? i really need a new one...

it's in a jabbasport heatshield in the same place as yours....I like its placing & if you wanted to show your bay off alot it beats being down the front grill, but the whooshy & dump sounds are almost silent so i'm probably gonna try and get a feed pipe similar to my old one, it really did sound awesome...

oh? well maybe its just the turbo setup then? my old k03s used to make all sorts of nice noises...but to be fair it might be all hidden by the straight through.. i know the bailey is louder but my old cupra was definately running a forge as well :?

might be just that but would have thought its dumping more pressure so should be louder
