the stig has had it done, can't remember his name but i met up with him once to get some parts off him in bradford and it sounds ace on his 1.4 16v. i don't think it's too hard to fit.

yer ive fitted one to mine, you need a reducer pipe cus the gti one is 2.5in and the standard ones about an inch smaller. this cost me about 12quid from Track Torque Racing in tockwith so its not exactly expensive. you can also use the original rear valace, just needs to be cut a little. sounds good to. i'll post a pic of it so you can see what it looks like on a normal polo

yer sure, ill get a pic for you during the day when its light, bit dark now. cant remember the exact size of the reducer pipe but its something like a 1in - 2.5in or 1.5in - 2.5in. your garage should be able to measure when size the reducer pipe needs to be on your standard exhaust, thats all they did with mine. i know for definate that the gti one is a 2.5in. all the reducer pipe is is a metal sleeve that gradually gets bigger and is attatched by silicone and them metal colars that tighten with a screw (cant remember what there called)
