drop links

i want to lower my car bout 60mm on coilovers but im not sure wat drop links i wud need to order plus a few people have mentioned bout moving the ARB which i dont have a clue wat that means. can someone shed some light on this please?

ARB = Anti Roll Bar - it connects to the suspension like a strut brace really. when i ordered my coilovers i asked for shortened drop links and for like Â£30-40 they sent them with the coilies.

i don't know about moving the ARB but it seems a good idea as my new drop links rub as i'm so low on front..

how much is yours lowered by? im going for 16" and i want the arch jus above the tyre.
