Very nice mate, loving the stealthy boot install.

how much have you got to spend on suspension?

Yep coilovers would be a great investment, as I reckon you'll want to go lower than 35mm and 40mm 8).

Budgets:

Great for price!

AP (haven't heard of any feedback)

Weitec (Pricey, but good!)

yeh ive had budget ones off ebay before on my 6n. they were okay-ish but im keepin this car for another 3 years so i want somethin solid.. AP sounds like a good price, ive heard of weitec, but its far out of my budget.. i know to stay far away from FK as loooads of ppl have problems with them, i think thats why they are 15% off everywhere lol

6*9's now in dude!!

JBL amp sorted and alpine door speakers and tweeters.

Vortex exhaust installed and rolling road remap done at red dot in watford.

The car is now pushing 114.3bhp and 163.3ft-lb of torque
:-)

Happy days for a 3 pot engine I thought!!

Car looks really nice man,
the budget coilovers are pretty good. If you maintain them they are even better

well torque exhausts wanted £550 for the vortex and £300 for the rolling road remap.

I managed to find the vortex exhaust - which is a 22mm bore (I think) on ebay which came off a saab - actually max helped find it and we went to pick it up 2geva. it only done 150 miles on the saab before they took it off.. its on youtube the sound it makes

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=_mJGwzaD4Bk

anyway, i pick it up for £150, and had it fitted for £100. The the remap at £300, so saved a few bucks there!!

0-60 - u know i havent timed it tim, i raced max though in his gti all the way to northampton for clubpolo show - and it was surprisingly quicker!! lol he'll argue that!

mpg wise - massive different - £55 a month diesel and i do about 470-500 miles a month....i only run it on super diesel so slightly more expensive but still its quality.

i think its about 470 miles a month... lol i just fill it up every month and off i go!
