is my parking fine invalid?

I've just got a parking fine for parking in a disable spot for a matter on minutes while i went to a cash machine.

BUT on the parking ticket it has the model of my car as a golf and it is a polo.

i doubt it...its pretty much down to your Reg mark...

i second that

ring them and check and get them to check the car details to the reg and if the person says its a golf then surely it is obviously not valid as the details are wrong......... i might be wrong.

unless they got a pic i dont see it c ould be right if the details dont match.

Whilst I can't condone parking in a disabled bay for any reason. Although It did happen to me a few months ago, but the markings were very worn and i didn't notice them as i reversed into the far left bay. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v724/ ... G0183i.jpg I did argue the fact that the lines were non compliant and very worn to which the council agreed and cancelled the PCN.

Your's will also be invalid due to incorrect details.
