Fabia VRS Springs

Post by jaydeezey »

Hi guys, I have a 53 plate 9N Polo 1.2S.
Just wondering whether the fabia VRS springs would fit and if so how much would they lower it by.
Any help will be great.

They'd fit, but the front's will be quite stiff as yours is a petrol and the Fabia springs were designed with the heavier diesel engine in mind.

Ash :)

Why not just try to find out if there is a "sport spring pack" available for this model - maybe even VW offer this - but as said remember the springs need to be matched to the "axle weight" they are fitted to, and the sport option will be stiffer and shorter so sould give you what you want without the problem highlighted by K.I.T.T.

Thanx all,
My friend has a set of springs and shocks left over after replacing his with coilovers. I was hoping I could put them on mine, but was'nt sure if they would fit and how much they would lower it by. :!:
