Very sturdy mate!! was quite surprised myself! I am down the motorway on a regular basis so if there was an issue with the holder I would have noticed. The actual plate is only held on with velcro which is what I'm more worried aboutTim_GTi wrote:Ahhh and you simply screwed into that, I get you!

Another Idea which I was considering, which you could probably try is the Idea of some strong magnets. I had collected some broken speakers to stick behind the bumper, and was going somehow modifiy the plate so it was soft against the paint at two points which would again be magnets stuck onto the plate.
Thought it was a good idea as it would make it a 2 second job removing the plate for shows!
