Does the pump run when you push the button?
If so...
Then remove the sound proofing on the underside of the bonnet and check the hoses from the pump to the jets... I bet one of them is fuggered

Slight hi-jack...my so called heated washer jets are useless in this cold weather, even with the rear window heater switch on

Same here mouse....
Sadly... Even with heated washer jets.... the pipes still freeze....
Takes mine just under an hour to thaw out...
So I can drive to work, down the motorway with no washers...and then give the screen a nice wash off as I pull into the carpark at work....

They are very tricky to get working. The fuses for them often blow, and it requires a certain minimum of screenwash antifreeze for them to unthaw lol.
Luckily I have two new ones which work wonderfully

This is a common problem on all VW'S, You need to use good addative all year round or the jets furr up and stop workin correctly, I use genuine vw screenwash all year round since i replaced mine 3 years ago they still workin perfectly now. As for the heatin this is the same, they dont work very well if tryin to heat up limescale in the jet its self.
