The intake exits and entry's are 3.5cm wide, if thats what you're asking. Sadly it doesn't come with the strap which holds it into place so I may have to makeshift my own

Well my badge came today and i'm very impressed, a significant looking improvement on the old one. Oh, and cleaned out the air filter would a hoover to remove the flies but could do with a decent proper clean :P I've got to buy a silicone bend reducing pipe for the BMC to fit along with a small air filter for the thottle intake, more money but i've got the induction box cheap so there is no problems there :D

Some pics of my badges and the air filter...

***UPDATE***

Well the coilovers have arrived, £155 ebay Hottuning ones (TA TECHNIX). Pretty chuffed with that price considering they are going for £200 on club polo! Only issue I had is that the box it turned up in had obviously been chucked around, they fell out when I turned the box the wrong way  But delivery was good at 3 days from belgium, and they are fine condition wise. I've just got to find a breather filter for the polo so I can fit the BMC, does anyone know the size required for the 6n breather filter?

Anyway i've yet to get the coilovers fitted but will defo get pictures when they are on, in the meantime I have a couple of images

Haha rob mate i'm in two minds about when to get them fitted, Alex is offering but my mate (who is very ill atm) is offering when he's better. By the time he's better i'll probably have had the time to go to Alex's!

Now, I need to order that 25mm breather filter for the BMC.

Just ordered a 6n2 GTI front splitter direct from VW, be aware these have gone up to £48.42 each.

Hope to get it sprayed up along with the issues left, lowered and all sorted by the bristol meet in january 8)

Nice one mate. I'd advise trying to source another C spanner for when fitting them, it makes things alot easier. So if you know anyone in your area that has one, I'd try and borrow it.

Yeh if you get two on the go it's alot easier. You can tighten them up properly too. One's a little dodgy.
