Exhausts...

Post by K.I.T.T. »

Hello folks, hope you've all had a great Christmas...I think I've put on a stone since yesterday!!

I know it'd be best to go and ask a specialist centre, but I was wondering if anyone could give me an idea on here...basically, I'm considering replacing my exhaust with a simple hidden straight pipe starting as close to the exhaust manifold as possible, ie no mufflers and deleting the catalytic converter. Anyone know how much I'm looking at roughly and the best place to do it? My local friendly Bosch service centre said they only do direct replacements and I think somewhere like powerflow might end up costing quite a bit.

Any recommendations would be appreciated :)

Located in the North-East during term time and near Preston during the holidays.

Thanks.
Ash :)
