I will tint the 3rd in the new year and I might spray the back badge black to match. I'll have to do a couple of photoshops to make my mind up.

Going with some of your comments.....To match the rear lights i'm going to replace the chrome rear badge with a black one.
Re: *** LOL's Mk5 6N2 SE Work In Progress Thread ***
i think you should colour code the rear badge.
I have on mine and it looks good, i have the VW in black and the background the same blue as my car.

Sweet, I've considered a set. The W looks questionable on those though

Yeah looks a tiny bit different. Think its just where there pressed and cant do the 'W' eactly due to the edges.

If you look closely it says it on the plates, Cool air. Think they specialise in VW Bus and Beetles. Had a couple in their shop. Got if from them as you have to show documents and I.D so rather than post them I ordered them in person as they were only 2 miles away. Then picked them up 2 days later!
As above, fitting at the weekend. Will post pics up once on.

Well I finally received my BMC CDA and cold air feed and fitted it yesterday. I much prefer the look of under my bonnet compared to the K&N. The performance seems about the same possibly better, slightly more responsive than standard. But it would be a lot more effective and efficient. The noise is also pretty good. A nice deep note at high revs. Also got to thank Stani for his advice and tips.

Nice one dude! But that cold air feed is ridiculously long mate, I'd say if your going to go with the OEM feed point turn the BMC around (however this would affect the engine cover shape).
I'd either feed it from the passenger side fog light gap. or from the front, similar to Haris'
