Fairly p*ssed (been to the pub, and then carried on) after having a play around with GT2 again, found my long lost discman, and got disc 1 of the mighty zep best-of on... its just been Communication Breakdown (guess i'm talkin' bout love..) and now Kashmir... in rock heaven basically. So I'm wondering what others might have on while browsing the forum, if anything
(its 2.30am btw)
also i'm wondering why my pc is so easy to crash (with CCApp/resource shortages being the culprits?!) since i put the new HD in, but that's another story.
Finals. Is there anything that they can't make suck when occuring simultaneously?
That was me a year ago dude, good luck...
Now it stands to me to chuck a quick edit in the works to correct the pissedness. Of course, as anyone who has it might have spotted (needle, haystack, cow, blue moon, pope crapping in woods), I'd actually fumbled disc 2 into the player and totally misidentified Houses of the Holy as Communication Breakdown. Thought it seemed a bit slow. But then I am just a mere tadpole swimming in the inscruitiable pond of Rock. With the fading ends of a massive hangover no less.
And all the trouble seems to have stemmed twofold from Norton Antivirus choking on a liveupdate over and over again (noshing 2% of system resources regular as clockwork every 30 seconds, til nothings left and the system freezes - like some kind of unintentional virus itself) and me making a partition bigger than Win98 can fit the concept of into it's brain, which also caused breakiness. Now i've chucked the Graham* and got the superior and cheaper AVG back in, and rendered the monster partition (200gb) down to two easier to swallow chunks, and all is gravy.
And now, let's see what this Rasmus album is like.
Rocks on, Rocks off.
* = Norton, of the Antivirus. A bit of Damphands jargon there. You know you're reading too much sniffpetrol when you actually begin to understand what Carcoat is writing. Got any stuffing? Minty.
