About week ago temperature in Finland dropped to -18 in one night. That completely freezed my Polo and my washer didn't work anymore. I thought that it is just frozen and put some more "-35" liquid in it. Now the washer water is ok, but still no sound from pump when I try to wash window.
The question is - Could it be broken just because it got frozen or is it just the burnt Fuse?
I tried to check out the fuse, but I could find the right one (or then I did and it is ok and then my pump is broken). However, if you look at the fusebox map that comes with the car, there isn't too many explanations of which fuse does what... SO if anyone has good fuse map for 9N polo, that would be great!
Is my washer pump gone or is it just the Fuse?

You might have to translate it though! It looks like fuse 16 to me.
Also, are you 100% sure the motor doesn't whirr? It's very very common for the pipe to pop off en route from the pump to the windscreen (especially if frozen as this expands the fluid).
