smoking/tinting rear lights

hi
i want to tint the rear lights on my polo
i wanna make them look like the GT lights were they have a light tint

OR

i want to jus tint the indicator and reverse lights
Has any one done it ??
what do you think ??
and the easiest way to do it ?

I have a set I have just tinted mate and a set with the indicator tinted I will get some pics for you later with more info.

I tinted the whole light using tinting film from lamin-x and the ones with the indicators tinted were painted

Im pretty sure panda had a set tinted to look like gt lights.

Chewy do you mind posting up about yours as they sound pretty interesting. I like the tint film idea as its easyily reversable.

i was consediring doing this now i defintly gota order some sheets from lamin-x!

GT lights bought a couple of years ago of someone on here for £30 IIRC.

chewy what size sheets did you buy and was it easy to fit?

I got two of the biggest ones mate, was easy enough to fit just take you time and use a hairdryer to head it up a little.
