Got the car on a rolling road today, it managed to push out 76BHP! Not bad for a little 1.4 8v with 60bhp standard and a BMC and cold air feed! Really chuffed, he mentioned that the fuel filter and injectors may need replacing as it is underfueling over 4k RPM but other than that it runs as sweet as a nut. This car is coming along nicely now, i'm loving it 8)

I've got a Canon EOS 450D at my useage now and will try and take some brilliant pictures up at my offices tomorrow, got the tri-pod for slow shutter and quality images 8)

Nice little cam, photoshop CS3 viewing the images was a nightmare to sort though! Here are a couple from today when I first used it.

Excuse the dirty car!

Car is looking great daz, What are you doing about doorcards? 16v?

I think it would look better with a silver front badge... but a more chromey one than the standard rubbish one on the 6n!

Door cards are staying, but are going to be retrimmed in matching red leather so will look pretty ace 8)

Front badge is on its way, going back to chrome but instead of having just the front chrome the grey plastic inside will match. Also toying with the idea of going for a colour coded grill too, but keeping a standard black one just in case it looks rubbish.

Cheers,

Daz

Going to get the grill done in red for a tester but have a black one to contrast if it looks naff.

Plans:

Black Suade interior roof lining and door pillars
Bumpers sprayed (sunday)
6n2 GTI Front splitter sprayed
Grill sprayed
Front to come down a tad
Stubby aerial or shark fin
